Support Us

Find out how you can support our vital work

Can you support us?

We are led by women, for women. We are the only organisation in Sussex who are focused on providing any women with mental health support, no matter their circumstances, and also the only organisation that has a specific focus in supporting mums suffering from mental health concerns. We are inclusive, welcoming women of all ages, races, nationalities, faiths, sexual orientations, and abilities. This ensures that our support is accessible to a broad and diverse population.

We offer specialist maternal mental health support, which addresses a critical gap in mental health support, as many women face significant emotional challenges during and after pregnancy. Our programs are designed to provide a safe space for mothers to explore changes in their lives with professional support and help them form lasting connections and friendships that extend beyond the duration of their courses.

But we don’t only support mums as we run a 1:1 affordable counselling service for women, supporting them through those other challenges in life.

We know our approach is working as recent research shows:

100% of mums from our therapeutic groups said they helped them adjust to their circumstances

93% felt that the groups had helped them adjust to their new circumstances and feel less overwhelmed

93% said their confidence had improved

91% of mums said their emotional stability had improved

93% said their confidence had improved
